I've always been a leader, a trendsetter, a trailblazer, never the one to follow the crowd, and I LOVE that about me. I've been married to my husband for 10 years; we have two beautiful daughters together, and I have another beautiful daughter from a previous relationship who is my firstborn and an adult. I honestly can't believe I have a WHOLE adult daughter. Not only do I have an adult daughter, but I am also a Gam-Gam to a grandson, who is a COMPLETE joy. SO-I'm raising two little ones, being a "mother mentor" to an adult, navigating grandma-hood, holding it down for the hubby, and managing team members, clients, and an international brand. It's MORE than amazing being chosen for these roles.

Here are four fun facts about me: I’ve been cooking full-course meals since I was five years old, I’ve never drunk alcohol a day in my life, and if I’ve never drunk alcohol, you know I’ve never smoked before, and I don’t drink coffee, not ever! What you see is pure and genuine, just like my heart.

The life I lead today is the life I remember praying for YEARS ago because, let me tell you, you would NEVER believe my backstory…

I am a motherless daughter because my mother passed away from Lupus when I was just nine years old. I am also a fatherless daughter because I didn't learn of my father until I was practically an adult; I was a victim of sexual abuse, and I was a teenage mom by 17. A lot happened in time, but at 23, I purchased my first multiple-figure business. I furthered my education in holistic nutrition and lifestyle five years later while running a business as a single mother and leading a team of 15. I sold the company, married, had a couple more kids, and created what I know now as an international brand.

I combined my anguish, experience, education, and research to create a unique methodology. Yes, I am a follower of the almighty Yahweh, Jesus Christ, and I don't know where I'd be without Him today. Each component of this system and model was a DIRECT download from Him. There's NOTHING that exists like it. Period.
